NIAGARA FALLS

A gorgeous, but too-hot day to visit Niagara falls. always impressive to watch 70000 gallons a second spill over that enormous drop.

We did laugh at a few things.

A brochure that stated:
Did you know that some claim the falls--because of all the negative ions created by the cascading water--are an aphrodisiac?

Melon time with a view, and everybody is happy.
Then a very warm hike to Goats-Head island, where the views are even more impressive.

Centa's fun green summer hat has made it BACK to canada, where she originally got it several years ago.




We discoursed on whether to walk to Canada or not, but decided in favor of driving all together, which took much longer than walking. We did have great views from the bridge too though.
