First Stop: Stringer Brook!

Our first stop was Stringer Brook. Felix was happy to be out of the car. We had to rush down the cliff to the brook from the hut, because it was already getting dark.
Centa bravely navigated Henry across the slippery stones under the running water.
Lala collected St.John's wart. (To get rid of St.John's wart, go the river at the full moon and face east. Recite the incantion "wagoowagoowagoo-ah, st. john's wart be gone" 3 times in a hushed whisper and throw the bunch over your shoulder. Guaranteed to work. This blog is not intended to be used as a substitution for medical advice.)
The keys to the hut were thought be at home in Worcester, but Brian had a spare on his keychain, so we had the luxury of ZEN. Our first YOGA session. We saluted the sun on the way out (this is not part of the sun salute, nor is this blog intended to be used as a substitution for medical advice)
SO. On one side of the rushing brook was the yoga session, and on the other was the stone-skipping-champion Martin, Henry and Lala. HOW does she manage to be in two places at once??
Too scared to drive the Sprinter to the hut, so it stayed out there. We carted all our things back and forth in a wheelbarrow. We sang songs around the fire. Had bread and cheese and wine. Then we left early in the morning in high spirits to meet Graver at the PI-MU-EPSILON archives in Syracuse.
